With a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a degree and Le Cordon Bleu certification from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Michelle knows how to help people meet their nutritional goals to reach optimal health, while keeping taste and simplicity a priority.
During her first pregnancy, Michelle found herself having to take a vitamin for this and oil capsule for that. By the end of her last trimester, she was taking 5 different pills to meet her nutritional needs. She knew there had to be a better way to get her otc prenatal vitamins. Designing S7 Prenatal was a no brainer for her, because growing a healthy baby was priority numero uno during her pregnancy.
With an impressive background of culinary training combined with a high level of energy and passion for healthy living, she has become a sought after chef nutritionist who continues to prove her skill and accessibility through her company Chef Dudash Nutrition and her partnership with Impact Nutritionals, Inc.

With her passion for food and nutrition comes her enjoyment of serving in professional organizations such as the Arizona Dietetic Association – Central where she is immediate Past-President, and as a mentor for leading dietetic internship programs. She was awarded Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year for 2008.
